The Philippine Pastoral Center/Chapel of San Lorenzo Ruiz operated by the Filipino Apostolate of the Archdiocese of New York, offers a sanctuary for programs dedicated to the life-long process of developing the Filipinos' personal relationship with God and foster close and effective collaboration among the members of the Filipino community, be they lay, religious or clergy.

     We are fully aware that we are called to imitate Christ's life through active participation in the celebration of the liturgy in the Archdiocese.  We accomplish our mission with the assistance of the Archdiocese of New York, our Board of Trustees, the Filipino Parish Leaders, the Pastoral Center Staff, volunteers and many others who share our vision in furthering faith relationships and to serve as light and hope to all Filipino migrants in New York.
